Document Requirements

Here are the document requirements for applying for a New Born NICOP:

1. Birth Certificate.
2. Parent’s International Passport.
3. Passport Size Picture.
4. Parent’s NADRA Card.

NOTE: If you have a Pakistani Passport, you will also need a residency document.

2. NADRA Card of the applicant (successor).
3. CNIC/nicop-card/POC copy of all other legal heirs.
4. Family Registration Certificate showing the family tree of all heirs claiming inheritance.
5. A Legal Affidavit detailing the valuation of the property and inheritance breakdown for each member.
6. NADRA Card Cancellation Certificate of the deceased person.
